It promotes Majishan throughput year by year. With "think tank" support, transportation department (Majishan Port's management unit) develops a detailed competition program according to the new situation and characteristics, puts forward the Majishan Port monthly operation plan. By conventional labor competition measures, it maximizes operational efficiency and ensures the normal operation of field devices.Especially in the second half of last year, after the iron ore import price falls, the port's normal production organization is seriously challenged.
