OREANDA-NEWS.  January 13, 2012. IDGC of the North-West puts in place a re-bidding procedure as a mandatory condition with regard to procurements the sum whereof is in excess of 25 mln RUR, VAT included.

IDGC of the North-West, JSC has put in place new Regulations on the Procedure for Carrying Out Standardized Procurement of Goods, Works and Services. The document has been elaborated in full compliance with Federal Law No. 223. IDGC of the North-West puts in place a re-bidding procedure as a mandatory condition with regard to procurements the sum whereof is in excess of 25 mln RUR, VAT included. The experts believe that this will strengthen competition and promote funds saving.
“In 2011 perfection of the bidding organization system enabled IDGC of the North-West to reduce expenses on procurement of works, equipment and materials by more than 1 bln RUR or 9.8% of the annual procurement plan,” says Dmitry Bukata, Deputy General Director for Logistics and Procurement of IDGC of the North-West.
