OREANDA-NEWS.  January 26, 2012. 90 trucks produced by KAMAZ have recently been ferried from St. Petersburg to Kaliningrad. The up-to-date vehicles will be delivered to different units of the coast troops of the Baltic Fleet.

The trucks will be used to transport crews, ammunition and trailed equipment. The press service of the Western Military District informs that additional training courses for drivers in formations and military units of the Baltic Fleet are coming to an end, and soon recruits will drive the new vehicles.

The new KAMAZ vehicles feature a high cross-country capability, enhanced ergonomics and meet all requirements.
