OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2012. Executive search company Odgers Berndtson in a partnership with PwC begins to prepare the first annual Rating of Russia`s young media-managers. Rating is based on the assessment of their current professional achievements and further career perspectives, reported the press-centre of PwC.

Rating will be assigned annually to the managers of the leading TV, radio, web and media companies at the age up to 35 in 4 functional areas: top management (CEO), content (product) creation, commerce and company/product promotion.

Participant`s individual rate will consist of several factors, taking into account his professional achievements, demand for his competences in the recruitment market and the prospects of development of the media segment he works in.

Roman Tyshkovskiy, Partner, Odgers Berndtson, comments: “We aim to create clear mechanism that will give us a chance to draw attention to professionals whose names for various reasons are unknown, but whose achievements are very strong. It will make our market more clear”.

Natalia Yakovleva, Partner, PwC, comments: “Rating is intended to focus on those managers, who both reached significant professional and career results at a certain age and proved themself in the most perspective and dynamically developing sectors of the industry”.

The first publication of the Rating is scheduled for March 2012.
