OREANDA-NEWS.  January 30, 2012. The largest bank in the South Caucasus, OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan, continues developing its own operating system.

The IBA press service reports that since January 2012 the Bank launched an updated and improved version of service Mobilbank. In contrast to the older version, this service can be enjoyed by subscribers of any mobile operator. At that, to download special software on the cell phone, the customer does not need to change his SIM-card. He just needs to download the program from the Internet (www.azericard.com/mb/iba.jad or www.azericard.com/mb/bis/iba.jad for Blackberry).

For customer identification one should print from a cash machine a receipt with a serial number and password.

Due to service Mobilbank the client gets an opportunity to block his bank card through a cell phone in real time, regardless of location, in case of loss or theft, to obtain information about account balances and extract from it, make payment of different services (electricity, internet, telephone, television), transfer money from one account to another (Card Transfer), and check the balance of accrued bonuses on the card.

"In the near future we plan to go on expanding the range of capacities of not only this service, but also electronic banking services in general," the IBA press service stated.
