OREANDA-NEWS.  February 1, 2012.  Total 2011 consolidated budget revenue has been 398,310.4 million UAH, which 83,804.1 million UAH, or 26.6 percent exceeds the 2010 figures (excluding the 2010 repayment of previous years’ VAT refund arrears by means of issuing bonds under the budget’s special fund in the amount of 16.4 billion UAH, compared to last year, revenue has been increased by 20.4 percent, or 67,368.2 million UAH).

During 2011, the State Budget of Ukraine has obtained 314,572.5 million UAH, which 73,957.2 million UAH, or 30.7 percent, exceeds the 2010 similar figure (excluding the 2010 repayment of previous years’ VAT refund by means of issuing bonds under the budget’s special fund in the amount of 16.4 billion UAH, compared to 2010, revenue has been increased by 22.4 percent, or 57,521.3 million UAH).

Tax revenue to the State Budget of Ukraine for the reported period makes 261,605 million UAH, which 94,732.8 million UAH, or 56.8 percent exceeds the 2010 revenue (excluding the 2010 repayment of previous years’ VAT refund by means of issuing bonds under the budget’s special fund in the amount of 16.4 billion UAH, compared to 2010, revenue has been increased by 42.7 percent, or 78,296.9 million UAH).

Non-tax revenues to the state budget amount to 49,043.4 million UAH, which is 16,024.3 million UAH, or 24.6 percent less than the corresponding figure in 2010. This has been due to the change of budget classification in 2011, when some revenues, which had been treated as nontax ones, were categorized as tax ones (rent fees, fuel taxes, etc.).

The general fund of the budget has obtained 265,822.6 million UAH for 2011, which exceeds scheduled figures by 3.3 percent, or 8495.5 million UAH. Compared to 2010, actual general fund revenue has been increased by 58,350 million UAH, or 28.1 percent.
