OREANDA-NEWS.  February 07, 2012. The Bank of Moscow has expanded the range of services provided to clients by telephone via the Bank’s Call Centre. When switched to the "Personal Code" service clients will receive all required information about their accounts, deposits and loans by ringing up the Call Centre at any time.

The service is provided free of charge. To be switched to the service a client will have to apply to a branch of the Bank of Moscow with a written application; new clients will be switched to the service automatically when entering into a Complex Service Agreement.
