PJSC NCSP (LSE: NSCP and MICEX:NMTP) announces that on February 6, 2012 the Board of Directors of the Group approved list of nominees for election for the Board of Directors of PJSC NCSP to be voted for at the at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting that would be held on March 5, 2012 at 16, Portovaya street, Novorossiysk, Krasnodar region, Russia.

The list of nominees for the Board of Directors of PJSC NCSP is the following:

- Mikhail V. Barkov – Vice-president of Transneft JSC;

- Aleksander S. Vinokurov – President and CEO of Summa Group;

- Evgeniy V. Gavrilin – Deputy Head of Federal Agency for State Property Management;

- Maksim S. Grishanin – first Vice-president of Transneft JSC;

- Vitaliy N. Kisenko – Head of Legal Department of Transneft JSC;

- Ziyavudin G. Magomedov – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Summa Group;

- Yuri V. Novozhilov – President, Chairman of the Management Board of TransCreditBank JSC;

- Viktor A. Olerskiy – Deputy Minister of Transportation of Russia;

- Marat M. Shaidaev – First Deputy CEO of PJSC NCSP.
