OREANDA-NEWS. February 13, 2012. ORLEN Lietuva’s subsidiaries, the trading houses in Latvia and Estonia, signed one-year agreements for sales of fuels to the companies of the Russian Lukoil and Norwegian Statoil groups. The total value of the agreements exceeds LTL 1.6 billion, reported the press-centre of ORLEN Lietuva.

PKN ORLEN has announced that on January 24, 2012, ORLEN Lietuva’s Board of Directors approved the agreement between ORLEN Latvija and Lukoil Baltija R, under which until December 31, 2012, ORLEN Latvia will sell to Lukoil Baltija R gasoline and diesel fuel for USD 151 million (LTL 404.076 million).

On the same day, the Board of Directors of the Mazeikiai-headquartered company approved the agreements of ORLEN Latvia and ORLEN Eesti with the Latvian and Estonian companies of the Norwegian Statoil group.  Based on the agreement, the ORLEN Lietuva group’s companies will sell to Statoil’s subsidiaries in Latvia and Estonia diesel fuel, gasoline and jet fuel until December 31, 2012. The total value of these agreements is USD 463 million (LTL 1.239 billion).
