OREANDA-NEWS. February 13, 2012. Belarus is raising the per-capita consumer monthly subsistence budget for a family of four to Br1,101,440 (USD 131.75 at the NBB exchange rate), up 24.3%. The new subsistence is introduced for a period from February 1, 2012 till April 30, 2012, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of Belarus said in a resolution of January 13, 2012.

The per-capita consumer monthly subsistence budget for a family of three in February will rise to Br1,150,220; the monthly subsistence budget for pensioners is set at br1,069,700, students - Br1,051,650; children aged 3-6 - Br1,030,270.

As previously reported, Belarus’ per-capita consumer monthly subsistence budget for a family of four currently stands at Br886,450.
