OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2012. The NCCG published the fourth issue of the annual National Corporate Governance Report.

Contributors to the 2011 Report include leading experts from the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), National Research University - the Higher School of Economics, the New Economic School, the Institute of Internal Auditors, Ernst&Young, Norilsk Nickel GMK and Rostelekom.

This issue of the National Report studies the new trends in corporate governance practice under the conditions of financial and economic crisis. The Report explores in detail the formation of legal and market infrastructure of corporate governance in Russia, as well as the relationship between the quality of corporate governance and investment attractiveness of the national businesses. Special attention is paid to the analysis of such key aspects of corporate governance, as risk management, internal audit and information transparency of Russian companies. The Report also features the main findings of the research project Corporate Conflicts in Modern Russia and Abroad, conducted by the NCCG and the Russian Economic School in mid-2011.
