This year OJSC “Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company” plans to increase coal production by 9.3 mln. tonnes (2011 – 8.7 mln. tonnes).

The Company plans to invest RUR 3.9 bln. into the production development (2011 – RUR 2.09 bln.), including RUR 2.4 bln. of investment into the new construction (building of the enrichment plant, which will be put into operation in 2012), RUR 0.9 bln. - into the extension of production facilities (purchasing of mining and transportation equipment). Furthermore, the Company plans to spend RUR 25 mln. on safe working conditions in the companies of the group.

The parties agreed on increasing of average salary to RUR 40,174 (10% increase to 2011). In 2011 RUR 45 mln. will be directed to social transfers for workers and retired employees. The Company will sponsor social programs of the region for total RUR 22.1 mln., including “The Miner’s Day” – RUR 5.5 mln., financing of various regional programs – RUR 10.6 mln., sponsoring of New Year’s presents for Kuzbass orphan children – RUR 1.0 mln., reconstruction of kindergartens of the Belovsk region – RUR 2.0 mln., Prokopyevsk region - RUR 2.0 mln., and also RUR 0.5 mln will be spent on repair of a specialized sport school of Olympic reserve for kids and teenagers in Tashtagol region.

In 2012 OJSC “Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company” will supply Kemerovo region public utilities with 350.0 th. tonnes of coal at fixed prices, and also provide 3.5 th. tonnes of charitable sorted coal to lower-income population of the region.
