OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2012. PJSC EMAlliance and PJSC VO Technopromexport have signed a Contract for Supply of Boiler Supporting Steel Structure Parts for Power Unit No.3, Hartha TPP in Iraq, with capacity of 200 MW, whose reconstruction is carried out by Technopromexport. The Contract value is over Rub 100 mln.

The Contract conditions provide for the supply of the Power Unit Boiler Supporting Steel Structure Parts destroyed in the course of warfare. Boiler Plants for Power Units No.2 and No.3, Hartha TPP, were designed, manufactured and supplied by PJSC TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik (the major manufacturing assets of PJSC EMAlliance) in 2000 – 2001. Steel Structures to be supplied by PJSC EMAlliance under the above project will be manufactured according to the technical documentation developed by the Engineering Division of PJSC EMAlliance (Taganrog). Time of performance of the Contract is May 2012.

This Contract for Supply of Supporting Steel Structures was signed within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of construction of the power industry projects signed by the companies in February 2011. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Memorandum PJSC EMAllianc acts as a priority supplier of the boiler equipment of thermal power plants in the companies’ joint projects on the construction of power projects in Russia, CIS countries, countries of Balkan region, Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
