OREANDA-NEWS. February 29, 2012. DTEK signed an agreement with Ukrsotsbank on a three-year USD 110,000,000 multicurrency revolving line of credit. Proceeds will be used for working capital.

It allows us to work further on capital markets to raise additional credit facilities if necessary, while maintaining a high level of liquidity,” said Vsevolod Starukhin, DTEK’s CFO.
 
Sergey Tsarelung, Ukrsotsbank’s head of large corporate clients department said, ”The signing of this credit agreement is the next step in the development of UniCredit and DTEK’s long-term relationship.”
