OREANDA-NEWS. March 01, 2012. Since 2011 Novikombank has been one of the main sponsors of the Handball Union of Russia. Novikombank’s sponsorship program is aimed at improving the preparation of the athletes, providing Russia's national teams with equipment, etc., as well as promoting handball and a healthy lifestyle among the public.

Last year, with the support of Novikombank, the Russian handball teams had success. In particular, the women's team won the 2011 World Cup and the girls’ team won the Women's European Championship 17. Prizes in various sports competitions and festivals were also won.
