OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2012. The Government will support manufacturers of energy saving equipment in the building. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov after survey of an exposition of the 17th International Construction Exhibition.

"First of all, we have paid attention to energy saving technologies in construction. We will support those developments that are in the field of modern technologies in construction," said Mykola Azarov.

At that he emphasized, unfortunately, Ukraine has not yet reached the pre-crisis level of the building, and therefore the Government would pay maximum attention to this problem.

"It's extremely important for us to create now all conditions in order to have been developing a mortgage and there were involved investments in building complex. My meeting with representatives of construction industry indicate that those decisions which adopted by the Government in last time, boost development of the construction industry. We are on the right track and I think the results will be soon," the PM underlined.

The Prime Minister visited the exposition of professional construction exhibition, including expositions of LED lamps, energy saving lamps, fluorescent lighting and more.

Moreover, Mykola Azarov familiarized with the Master Plan of Kyiv city and listened to the information of the Head of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine and Chief Architect of Kyiv on the prospects of development of transport and social infrastructure of the capital. PM acquainted with samples of new energy saving technologies used in modern construction of energy efficient buildings and they have unique thermal insulation properties, and use of such technologies can significantly reduce losses in construction.

The Prime Minister noted with appreciation that at the exhibition there are widely represented by products of domestic manufacturers, "This is a very interesting exhibition. I was informed that about 50% of exposition has been presented by domestic manufacturers. It is already progress. If we had come to this exhibition 10 years ago then we would almost have not find domestic manufacturers."
