OREANDA-NEWS. March 06, 2012. Implementation of the 2012 program has several stages: staff training and professional development, certification of workers, work with young professionals, training of personnel reserves and education in universities.

Within the frameworks of the aforementioned program “Nevyansky Cementnik”, JSC has already held two training seminars in February. Both training seminars were held directly on the plant premises for the personnel convenience. The first one was held in early February, it brought together 13 representative of corporate personnel reserve. The main event of the training seminar was a consultation on “The Development Center. Basic management skills” topic. The plant experts have learned about the critical success factors for the modern manager and received specific recommendations for the effective management of their subordinates. The second review seminar was held on February 28, more than 20 workers attended the aforementioned event, including: power engineering specialists, automatic process control system and instrumentation and control experts. Representatives of Rockwell Automation company had a constructive dialogue with the direct users of its products, expanded the knowledge about the possibilities and application of specific products offered by them in the future.

The above-mentioned seminars are the first step in implementing the 2012 Human Resources Program at the plant. 90 employees got a chance to improve their skills in the new year. These include wide range of employees from the technical director, heads of departments to foremen, mechanics and electricians. 60 cement workers will undergo a re-certification during this period.
