OREANDA-NEWS. March 07, 2012. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov calls on developers to focus on building affordable, not high-priced housing. He stated this at a meeting in Kyiv.

"Our main objective is to provide significant growth and to commission as many as possible of affordable housing that people could buy. I emphasize not the elite, but affordable housing" - Mykola Azarov stressed.

According to PM he was extremely pleased that sales of housing increased nearly in half last year in Kiev. This suggests that the solvency of the citizens is growing and cost-competitive is being found.
