OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2012. With the purpose to improve the quality and level of customer service, OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has opened another e-office of self-service operating round the clock, reported the press-centre of IBA.

Bank’s press service informs that the IBA takes care of its customers’ comfort and to facilitate their access to banking services has opened the second electronic self-service office in Baku that operates around the clock. The new office with floor area of 100 sq m is located at 499 Block, Inshaatchilar Avenue under a high-rise building. The office is equipped with an information kiosk and two cash-in cash machines. In the future the number of cash machines will be increased up to five.

"In order to ensure the comfort of each client, the office is equipped with all the amenities that allow paying and replenishing accounts, receive bank statements on account condition, pay for loans, transfer money from one account to another, and conduct other banking transactions. The office also has booklets with information on all products and pricing of the bank," the Bank said.

The IBA does not intend to stop on the achieved, so in the near future it will open another e-office of self-service. It will be located in the Khatayi district of Baku.

The first IBA electronic self-service office is located at 20, The 28th May Street.

Besides, in Baku there are two electronic branches of the Bank - on the first floor of shopping center Park Bulvar (Neftchilar Avenue) and at Fevvareler Square (29, Nigar Rafibeyli Street).

The IBA was founded in January 1992, and is the country’s largest bank. Its main shareholder is the Government of Azerbaijan, which owns 50.2% of shares, while 49.8% of shares belong to private individuals and legal entities.
