DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - has announced consolidated retail revenue growth (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) of 91.9% in Russian rubles for the two months of 2012 (85.4% in US dollars), retail consolidated revenue growth for February 2012 by 96.4% in Russian rubles (95.3% in US dollars).

For the two months of 2012 the Company opened 24 new DIXY neighborhood stores. As of February 29, 2012, the Group operated 1,137 stores, including 1,087 neighborhood stores, 31 supermarkets, 18 compact hypermarkets and 1 cash&carry store.

DIXY Group total retail revenue for the two months of 2012 amounted to 22.1 billion RUR (719.1 million USD).

DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) for the two months of 2012 increased by 91.9% in RUR (85.4% in USD). DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue for February 2012 increased by 96.4% in RUR (95.3% in USD) over the same period last year.

DIXY Group total retail pro-forma revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of the last year of 2011) for the two months of 2012 increased by 21.3% in RUR (17.2% in USD). DIXY Group total retail pro-forma revenue for February 2012 increased by 24.8% in RUR (24.1% in USD) over the same period last year.

1. DIXY Group consolidated retail revenue by format (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011)

For the two months of 2012 over the same period of last year:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 74.9% in RUR (69.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 17.5 billion (USD 568.8 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 736% in RUR (707% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.9 billion (USD 95.1 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 33.4% in RUR (28.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.6 billion (USD 50.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 139.1 million (USD 4.5 million).

For February 2012 over the same period of last year:

Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 79.2% in RUR (78.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 8.9 billion (USD 298.1 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 758% in RUR (753% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.5 billion (USD 49.7 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 35.2% in RUR (34.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 793.9 million (USD 26.6 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 70.9 million (USD 2.4 million).

2. DIXY Group retail pro-forma revenue by format (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of the last year of 2011)

For the two months of 2012 over the same period of 2011:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 21.0% in RUR (16.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 17.5 billion (USD 568.7 million).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 35.3% in RUR (30.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 13.5 billion (USD 440.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka stores decreased by 11.1% in RUR (14.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 3.9 billion (USD 128.7 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 19.2% in RUR (15.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.9 billion (USD 95.1 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 20.1% in RUR (16.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.5 billion (USD 82.1 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 13.8% in RUR (10.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 398.1 million (USD 12.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 33.4% in RUR (28.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.6 billion (USD 50.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH decreased by 10.4% in RUR (13.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 139.1 million (USD 4.5 million).

For February 2012 over the same period of 2011:

• Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 24.8% in RUR (24.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 8.9 billion (USD 298.1 million).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 39.5% in RUR (38.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 6.9 billion (USD 232.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka stores decreased by 9.0% in RUR (9.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.9 billion (USD 66.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 22.4% in RUR (21.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.5 billion (USD 49.7 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 23.6% in RUR (22.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.3 billion (USD 43.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 14.9% in RUR (14.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 198.8 million (USD 6.7 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 35.2% in RUR (34.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 793.9 million (USD 26.6 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH decreased by 10.2% in RUR (10.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 70.9 million (USD 2.4million).
