Troika Dialog, one of the leading investment companies in Russia and the CIS region, today announces the upcoming appointments of Igor Krol, Maxim Glushkov and Alexei Litvintsev in its Investment Banking division. All three senior hires will start their new roles in early April 2012. Each of the appointments brings invaluable experience from the leading global financial institutions and considerable sector expertise as Troika Dialog continues on a concerted drive to strengthen and expand its investment banking capabilities within Sberbank.

Igor Krol joins Troika Dialog as a Director (consumer and retail) from Citigroup, where he was a Director in Global Banking covering Russia and CIS out of Moscow and London. Over the past 11 years at Citigroup Igor advised Russian, CIS and global corporates on transactions in consumer, retail, healthcare and agri sectors. He started his career at Nestle where he held a number of finance positions, including managing group commodity risk at Nestle headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. Igor holds a BEng from MIREA Technical University in Moscow and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Maxim Glushkov arrives as a Director (M&A execution) from The Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was an Executive Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Russia. Prior to this Maxim held senior positions at Merrill Lynch and SUEK in Moscow, and worked at Lazard in London. Maxim attended Moscow Linguistic University before gaining an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Alexei Litvintsev joins Troika Dialog as a Vice President (real estate) after five years with Credit Suisse in London where he was a Vice President specialising in real estate consumer, and healthcare in the Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Credit Suisse he worked at UBS and JPMorgan Chase in London and Moscow and Goldman Sachs in New York. Alexei attended Columbia University in New York and holds a CFA level 1.
