Brief biography.

Ziyavudin Magomedov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Summa Group

From 1994–1998, Ziyavudin Magomedov served as the president of IFK-Interfinance and was later elected as the company’s Chairman of the Board. From 2002–2004, he was Chairman of the Foundation Council of the Support Fund for the Dialog Program, 2004-2005 served on the boards of directors of Trans-Oil and First Ore Mining Company. From 1 April, 2012 Mr. Magomedov is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC NCSP.

He is a partner of the Russian Olympic Support Foundation, Chairman of the board of trustees of the Russian Tennis Federation, and a member of the boards of trustees of the Bolshoi Theater and the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. He was awarded the Order of Friendship (2010).

On July 1, 2010, Mr. Magomedov was appointed by the President Dmitriy Medvedev to serve as the representative of the Russian Federation on the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) for 2010–2012. In November 2010, he was appointed Co-chairman of ABAC for 2011 and 2013 and Chairman of ABAC for 2012.

In 1994, Ziyavudin Magomedov graduated from the Department of Economics of Moscow State University with a degree in international economics. He earned a PhD in international economics in 2000 from Moscow State University.

Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port is the largest Russian port operator and the 3rd operator in Europe in terms of cargo turnover.
