OREANDA-NEWS. April 06, 2012. Following an upadte to the SNORAS E-banking system, SNORAS clients and creditors can now check the court approved and unapproved sums of their creditor claims as well as view information about the lodging of claims, reported the press-centre of SNORAS.

Following the decision of Vilnius District Court to place SNORAS into bankruptcy as of 7 December 2011, all creditors had the right to lodge their claims within one month from that date Taking this into consideration,all creditors had to submit their claims to the bankruptcy administrator before 20 January 2012; however, on 13 January 2012 Vilnius District Court adopted the decision to prolong the term of lodging SNORAS creditors' applications until 10 February 2012 (inclusive).

The adjudications realting to these claims are now available to view via the Snoras E-Banking platform.  The information is also available via the telephone banking system to those customers who are registered for this.  Creditors may also call into the branches or contact the call centre and, providing they are able to meet the security criteria, they will be provided with the information in relation to their claim.

On 29 March this year, Vilnius District Court recommended that the BAB Bank SNORAS bankruptcy administrator should plan to convene the first creditors' meeting not later than 30 April 2012. All creditors who have lodged claim will be informed about the exact time and venue of this meeting letter and detailed information about the meeting will also be published on the website at www.snoras.com.
