OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2012. The "Internet Bank" system is an electronic service system for private customers created in JSC Finance and Credit Bank in November 2009. It is presently one of the most dynamically developing system among similar systems of other Ukrainian banks. As of 01.04.2012 there are nearly 15 thousand users connected to the system.

According to Veronica Spirke, Head of Alternative Self-Service Channels Development Department of Finance and Credit Bank, the internet banking services are gathering momentum in the Ukrainian market. What really matters is the growth of demand for electronic service system among local customers. Transactions that customers carry out most frequently include mobile accout top-up, payments and transfers to cards and accounts of the third parties, payment for various services. Customers also appreciate the round-the-clock access to balances on their accounts, SMS-notification and many others.

"To illustrate this, the new service of placing remotely an "F&C online" deposit has been in place for just a month, within which customers of Finance and Credit Bank deposited over UAH 900 thousand through the "Internet Bank" system. This trend evidences that remote self-service is of great interest to our customers and we are working in the right direction", – added Mrs Spirkе.

To recap, our customers do not have to visit the Bank's outlets as now not only can they quickly and conveniently manage their existing accounts and cards, but instantaneously place new deposits, open current accounts, order reissuance of cards that were lost, of unblock a card that has previously been blocked.

By banking remotely, customers save their money because servicing in the "Internet Bank" system is far cheaper that at the counter of a bank outlet.

What's more, when placing a deposit through the system, there is an additional bonus of +0.25% in UAH and +0.1% in foreign currency that is added to the current deposit rate applicable at the Bank's outlets.
