Yokohama Rubber deems creation of safe and healthy working environments to be a key issue and focuses on establishing safety systems at each of its production sites. OSHMS is the principle mechanism for Japanese companies to promote their safety and sanitation activities, facilitating improvements to working environments. On that basis, Yokohama Rubber has been working at each of its domestic and overseas production locations to obtain the certification.
