OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2012. Igor Vasilievich Nikolenko appointed new Director General of “Mikhailovcement”, JSC in order to improve administrative processes at the plant, reported the press-centre of EUROCEMENT.

Igor Vasilievich Nikolenko was born on January 27, 1965.

In 1990 he graduated from Belgorod Technological Institute of Construction. Materials named after I.A. Grishmanov majoring in “Technology of mechanical engineering, metal-cutting machine tool and instruments” with a degree in mechanical engineering.

He began his career as the turner at the mechanical repair department of “Belgorod cement plant”, making his way up to clinker burning shop foreman.

In 2005 he was transferred to “Balcem”, JSC (“EUROCEMENT group” Holding) to the Deputy Director General – Technical Director position.

In 2008 he was appointed Director General of “Savinsky cement plant” (“EUROCEMENT group” Holding).

From 2009 he worked as First Deputy Director General – Technical Director of “Eurocement-Ukraine”, JSC.
