OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2012. The USAID REFORMA Project is issuing a tender for the procurement of technical assistance services from Kyrgyz firms and organizations to implement the first phase of a project to improve the management capacity of the Ministry of Economy and Antimonopoly Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic (MEAP).

The project will support the Ministry’s efforts to identify its future direction, improve its overall effectiveness and performance, and build its capacity to manage its resources and accomplish its mission.

The purpose of Phase I of this project is to conduct a full assessment of the MEAP’s performance, identify performance gaps, model its current business processes, and recommend solutions to close the performance gaps. This phase of the project is expected to last for three months. All proposal submissions must be in English and Russian.
