OREANDA-NEWS. April 26, 2012. Iron ore inventories grew by one million tons from the previous week to 97.63 million tons at 30 main ports.

Caofeidian Port witnessed the largest weekly gain of 730,000 tons, while Lianyungang recorded a reduction in stocks by as much as 450,000 tons. Supplies of iron ore from Brazil, Australia and India were climbing.

China imported 62.87 million tons of iron ore in March, up 5.7 percent year-on-year.
