OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2012. Sviaz-Bank sold all the ten-year bonds in the Series 04 issue it floated to raise 5billion rubles, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

Sviaz-Bank is the lead manager of the issue.

Alfa-Bank is a lead co-manager,

Otkrytiye Bank is a lead co-manager,

Petrocommerz Bank is a co-manager,

Russian Standard Bank is a co-manager,

GUTA-Bank is an underwriter,

Bank Credit Suisse, Moscow, is an underwriter,

RONIN is an underwriter,

St.Petersburg Bank is an underwriter,

Uglemetbank is an underwriter,

Eurofinance Mosnarbank is a co-underwriter,

Lanta-Bank is a co-underwriter,

AKB Novicombank is a co-underwriter, and Pervobank is a co-underwriter.

Twenty-two applications had been submitted for a total amount surpassing the value of the issue.

The bonds were sold by public subscription on the MICEX Stock Exchange. In all, 5 million securities were sold at a par value of 1,000rubles each. The bonds come with 20 coupons due for interest payment at 182 day intervals. The first coupon pays interest at a rate of 8.75%, and the second coupon carries the same interest as the first.

Fitch Ratings has given Sviaz-Bank’s Series 04 bonds the long-term rating –BB in the national currency and the long-term rating –AA-(rus) on the national scale.
