OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2012. It was sold state property at a sum of 41,1 mln. leis during the first in this year round of privatization held from February, 24 till March, 24 in Moldova. According to Director of the Public Property Agency under the Ministry of Economy Tudor Copaci, new owners have to invest 60,75 mln. leis in their property.

The budget received 1% from the value of each bargain. At the first auction held at the Stock Exchange of Moldova on March, 20-23 public shareholdings in 3 stock companies were sold at a price of 9,59 mln. leis mln. leis. Over 9 mln. 558,8 thou. leis were received from the sale of 45,065% of ArtMet, mechanical plant, producing unconventional metal items.

The 100% public shareholding in Uniunea Librariilor UNLIB from Causeni, selling books, newspapers and stationary, was sold at 25,88 thou. leis; over 2 thou. leis leis were received from the sale of 55,982% stocks of Varsatorul-Nord from region of Edineti. In total, at the first auction of 2012 to sell public stocks in stock companies it was put for sale public shareholdings in 27 enterprises. At the auction held on March, 14 it was sold two incomplete buildings: the administrative block belonged to the Executive Committee of the Nistrean regions located in Mircea cel Batrin in Chisinau at a price of 2,6 mln. leis, and the outpatients’ clinic in the village of Mihaileni of the Riscani region at 83 thou. leis.

At the Dutch auction a bathing complex in Rezina was sold at a price of 212 thou. leis. Besides, at an investment tender held from February, 24 till April12 it was approved the sale of public shareholdings in 6 stocks companies located on the territory of industrial park Tracom: Presudor(90,480% shares valued at 17 mln. leis, 18,2 mln. leis to be invested within 3 years); MaPasAuto(82,287% shares valued at 2,6 mln. leis, 13 mln. leis to be invested); Aralit (73,884 % shares valued at 2 mln. 250 thou. leis, 8,5 mln. leis to be invested); Reupies (77,259% shares valued at 2 mln. 570 thou. leis, 7,3 mln. leis to be invested); Radiator (70,356% shares valued at 2,11 mln. leis, 7,35 mln. leis to be invested), DotarCom (66,999% shares valued at 2,1 mln. leis, 6,4 mln. leis to be invested).
