With the proclaiming words “Baosteel is desiring for talents and specially comes here to look for the soul of the future team.” for Baosteel management trainees still ringing in the ears, 18 Baosteel management trainee candidates out of nearly 20000 applicants attended the final interview in Beijing Baosteel Tower, directly facing the general manager of the dialogue group company, He Wenbo and the persons in charge of the relevant industry of Baosteel. This is the first time that Baosteel Group Corportion has carried out the campus recruitment for the management trainees and the final results will be announced at the end of this month, reported the press-centre of Baosteel. 

Management trainee is a foreign term, which originally means the special item with "Cultivating the future leaders of the company" in the foreign enterprise as the main goal and now means the talent reserve program of some large enterprises independently cultivating the middle and senior management personnels.
