OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2012. As communicated by the press service of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA), the bank joined the “LEADER international money transfers” system, reported the press-centre of IBA.

By means of this money transfer system customers can send and receive money to/from Georgia, CIS and Baltic states, as well as to/from other countries. LEADER money transfer system has more than 130,000 point of service in 132 countries.

A tariff called “Unified” is applicable to the transfers to CIS countries: 1.5% for the amounts less than USD/EUR 3,000 (RUB100,000), 1.3% for the amounts between USD/EUR 3,000.01 and USD/EUR 7,000 (RUB 100,000-RUB200,000), USD/EUR90 (RUB2,200) for the amounts between USD/EUR 7,000.01 and USD/EUR 20,000 (RUB 200,000-RUB500,000).

Today more than 15 branches and sub-branches of IBA operate within the system (Narimanov, Sabunchu, Sanaye, Azerigaz No7 in Baku, as well as branches in Salyan, Siyazan, Goychay, Imishli, Kurdamir, Nakhchivan, Sumqayit and others).
