OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2012. Soon there will appear stickers "The city recommends" at all filling stations "OKKO" in Lviv. On May, 10 the Head of Lviv City Mayor Administration Oleh Berezyuk presented the first award to our filling station on 284/1, Gorodotska Str. Lviv City Council has chosen the network "OKKO" to be the winner of the "pleasant city" program in the category of filling stations.

The "pleasant city" program was started to implement in preparation of the city for Football Championship Euro-2012. Its purpose – to help visitors navigate the city with the best selection of infrastructure facilities in Lviv. In particular, Lviv City Council put the following requirements to filling stations: access for all visitors to toilets, excellent hygienic condition, presence of at least one employee who speaks English, ability to pay for fuel and services by payment card and more. Besides, visitors should be able to get the city map and public transport scheme at these stations. Those filling stations with food and beverage places should provide Wi-Fi with open wireless Internet access for visitors and the foreign languages menu.

"For a lot of our guests filling stations will be the first object according to which they will form their impression of Lviv. And we want it to be the most positive" – the Head of Lviv City Mayor Administration Oleh Berezyuk said. "Implementation of Euro-2012 in Ukraine is surprise for us. Certainly we are prepared for this event. But even without it, the highest quality of fuel and services, maximum comfort for our clients are the priorities to filling stations "OKKO" – says Oles Pogranychnyy, the PR Director of filling stations network "OKKO" (OJSC "Concern Galnaftogaz").

Today there are 18 filling stations of the "OKKO" brand in Lviv and its suburbs. In early June it is planned to open a new highway filling station in Solonka village near Lviv.
