DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - has announced consolidated retail revenue growth (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) of 90.4% in Russian rubles for the four months of 2012 (83.5% in US dollars), retail consolidated revenue growth for April 2012 by 84.9% in Russian rubles (76.3% in US dollars).

For the four months of 2012 the Company opened 67 new stores. As of April 30, 2012, the Group operated 1,175 stores, including 1,123 neighborhood stores, 33 supermarkets, 18 compact hypermarkets and 1 cash&carry store.

DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue for the four months of 2012 amounted to 46.0 billion RUR (1.5 billion USD).

DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) for the four months of 2012 increased by 90.4% in RUR (83.5% in USD). DIXY Group total consolidated retail revenue for April 2012 increased by 84.9% in RUR (76.3% in USD) over the same period last year.

DIXY Group total retail pro-forma revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of the last year of 2011) for the four months of 2012 increased by 20.7% in RUR (16.3% in USD). DIXY Group total retail pro-forma revenue for April 2012 increased by 18.0% in RUR (12.5% in USD) over the same period last year.

1. DIXY Group consolidated retail revenue by format (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011)

For the four months of 2012 over the same period of last year:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 72.9% in RUR (66.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 36.2 billion (USD 1.2 billion).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 726.8% in RUR (696.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 6.2 billion (USD 205.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 34.6% in RUR (29.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 3.3 billion (USD 111.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 298.2 million (USD 9.9 million).

For April 2012 over the same period of last year:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 67.6% in RUR (59.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 9.2 billion (USD 310.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 690.8% in RUR (654.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.6 billion (USD 53.1 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 33.6% in RUR (27.4% in USD) and amounted to RUR 861.8 million (USD 29.2 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 78.8 million (USD 2.7 million).

2. DIXY Group retail pro-forma revenue by format (including Victoria Group revenue from the beginning of the last year of 2011)

For the four months of 2012 over the same period of 2011:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 19.9% in RUR (15.6% in USD) and amounted to RUR 36.2 billion (USD 1.2 billion).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 34.0% in RUR (29.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 28.1 billion (USD 933.7 million).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka stores decreased by 11.9% in RUR (15.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 8.2 billion (USD 271.2 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 19.8% in RUR (15.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 6.2 billion (USD 205.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 21.1% in RUR (16.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 5.3 billion (USD 177.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 12.7% in RUR (8.6% in USD) and amounted to RUR 840.3 million (USD 27.9 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 34.6% in RUR (29.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 3.3 billion (USD 111.0 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH decreased by 5.0% in RUR (8.4% in USD) and amounted to RUR 298.2 million (USD 9.9 million).

For April 2012 over the same period of 2011:

• Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 16.7% in RUR (11.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 9.2 billion (USD 310.9 million).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 30.2% in RUR (24.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 7.1 billion (USD 241.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka stores decreased by 14.2% in RUR (18.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.0 billion (USD 69.4 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 18.0% in RUR (12.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.6 billion (USD 53.1 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 19.4% in RUR (13.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.3 billion (USD 45.7 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 10.5% in RUR (5.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 218.7 million (USD 7.4 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 33.6% in RUR (27.4% in USD) and amounted to RUR 861.8 million (USD 29.2 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH increased by 12.8% in RUR (7.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 78.8 million (USD 2.7 million).
