OREANDA-NEWS. May 22, 2012.  Ukraine is interested in deepening economic cooperation with Kazakhstan. This was announced by First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Valeriy Khoroshkovsky during a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan S. Akhmetov within the framework of 10th session of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Kazakh Commission for Economic Affairs, which took place in Astana on May 22, 2012.

First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine emphasized the constructive working mutual relations have been formed between Ukraine and Kazakhstan at the highest level. "At the level of presidents and governments of our countries have been formed high level of confidence and mutual understanding. This allows to quickly and effectively addressing all the problems of bilateral relations," said V. Khoroshkovsky.

During the meeting parties discussed a wide range of issues of cooperation in economic area. "Between Ukraine and the Republic of Kazakhstan is a complete understanding of key issues of economic cooperation. This is a foundation for further mutually beneficial cooperation," First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine noted.

Valeriy Khoroshkovsky also called successful an implementation of joint Ukrainian-Kazakh projects in the transport sector and stressed the high potential of cooperation in this regard.
