OREANDA-NEWS. May 24, 2012. Finland’s Olvi Oyj has invested over 40 million euros in production development at OJSC Lidskoe Pivo brewery, Lidskoe Pivo CEO Audrius Miksys told reporters.

The long-term investment programme spans 2009-2012. Within Finnish investments Lidskoe Pivo built and launched a series of brewing facilities, a new transport and logistical terminal with an area of 10,000 square meters and a new factory building with eight new tanks, 200 cubic meters each.

Belarus’ OJSC Lidskoe Pivo, based in the Grodno Region, was established in 1876.

Finland’s Olvi Oyj controls 91.58% in Lidskoe Pivo.

Olvi plc is one of Finland’s biggest beer and soft drink producers.
