OREANDA-NEWS. May 28, 2012. Expert RA rating agency increased RESERVE BANK creditworthiness rating to Aplus (high). Forecast is "stable". Former bank rating was Bplusplus (acceptable creditworthiness), forecast "stable".

Key positive factors: high level of own fund adequacy, reduced share of prolonged loans in loan portfolio from 5.2% (01.10.11) to 1.3% (01.03.12). Positive factors: highly secured loans, high indicators of instant and current liquidity.

The rating level is limited by weak competitive stand at the Ural federal district bank market and highly concentrated active operations at large credit risk objects. Another disadvantage: low capital profitability.
