OREANDA-NEWS. June 5, 2012. SCM Director of Public Relations and Communications Natalia Yemchenko has delivered a lecture in Kyiv Mohyla Business School.

Natalia Yemchenko, SCM Director of Public Relations and Communications, has given a business lecture “Crisis Communications: Tools, Recommendations, Mistakes” in Kyiv Mohyla Business School.

She defined a communications crisis, talked about its types and introduced the participants to three case studies – internal planned crisis, external unexpected crisis with uncontrolled consequences, and business attack. Moreover, the audience got a hands-on crisis-responce technique helping to reduce these risks considerably.

“I tried to give the participants an idea how to build communications amid a crisis. Of course, every crisis has its features, so my recommendations are by no means a panacea but rather a tool. It will work if you take the right approach,” commented Natalia Yemchenko.
