Troika Dialog, one of the leading full-service investment houses in the CIS, today announces the upcoming appointment of an additional senior banker to its market-leading investment banking team. Dimitri Casvigny joins as a Managing Director and Head of Industrials in the Investment Banking Division. Mr Casvigny is a leading specialist in strategic advisory and mergers and acquisitions and will commence work on June 18, 2012.

Dimitri Casvigny has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and joins Troika Dialog from Credit Suisse in Moscow, where he was most recently Head of M&A for Russia. At Credit Suisse, Mr Casvigny built the advisory practice and advised on a number of transactions including the merger of Russia’s two stock exchanges, MICEX and RTS, in 2011. Mr Casvigny was previously a Director in TMT at Bear Stearns and has also worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and BNP Paribas.
