OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2012. UTair Group continues to show significant growth in key performance indicators in the first 5 months of 2012.

UTair Group fixed-wing aircraft transported a total of 3,073,569 passengers in the period from January – May 2012, a YoY increase of 44.9%. Passenger turnover constituted 5,744,325.5 PKM, an increase of 52% over the same period in 2011 and surpassing the industry average for growth in this indicator, which according to the Transport Clearing House stands at 18.5%.

In total, UTair Group fixed wing aircraft logged 114,415 flight hours, 26.8% more than for the same period last year. UTair Group aircraft delivered 10,206.1 tons of cargo, 56.4% more than for the same period in 2011.

UTair Group helicopters logged a total of 56,319 flight hours, 28% more than for the same reporting period last year.
