OREANDA-NEWS. June 27, 2012. On June 18, 2012, TGC-1 held its Annual General Meeting of shareholders. The shareholders approved the Company’s annual report, financial statements, including the Company’s profit and loss statement, and the distribution of profit for the year 2011.

TGC-1 revenue for 2011 totaled RUR 57 billion 691 million, operating profit was RUR 5 billion 557 million and net profit reached 3 billion 757 million.

The shareholders decided to distribute the company’s profit for 2011 as follows:
