OREANDA-NEWS. June 28, 2012. Sviaz-Bank paid interest on the first coupon of its Series 03 bonds in full and on time, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 8.5% per annum, or 42 rubles 38 kopecks per bond. The Bank paid 211,900,000 rubles in total coupon interest.

Sviaz-Bank offered its third bond issue on public subscription on the MICEX Stock Exchange on December 22, 2011. The offering covered 5 million securities at a par value of 1,000 rubles each.

The Bank’s Series 03 bonds were put on the MICEX Stock Exchange’s trading List B.

The Fitch Ratings Agency has assigned a –BB long-term rating in the national currency to these bonds, and an –AA long-term rating on the national scale.
