OREANDA-NEWS. July 04, 2012. The Finance Ministry of Belarus finds it within the government’s reach to meet the 5.5% GDP growth target for 2012. Belarus’ Finance Minister Andrei Kharkovets made a statement to this effect.

Belarus’ gross domestic product (GDP) expanded 3.1% on the year in January-May 2012 to 187.4 trillion Belarusian rubles (22.7 billion at the central bank’s exchange rate). The GDP forecast for 2012 stands at 5-5.5%.
