OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2012. Eurasia Insurance Company has paid a claim USD 45,200 for fire at a warehouse owned by Almacenes Generales del Caribe (AlmaCaribe), - the insurer reported.

The insured event occurred in June 2011, when there was a fire broke out at one of the warehouses of AlmaCaribe. As part of its share of liability, Eurasia made a claim payment equal to USD 45,200 - stated in the message.

Founded in 1971, AlmaCaribe is the owner of the largest warehouse in Dominican Republic.
