OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2012. Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov, a subsidiary of OJSC KAMAZ in Bashkortostan, started equipping inclined-axis mixers with new options.

In June, the new options were demonstrated on a modernized 58147G motor mixer at the CTT’2012 exhibition in Moscow and were highly appreciated there. The new models were developed to meet customers’ demands. From now on, TZA will equip its vehicles with systems of centralized lubrication of support rollers, which will enable to reduce maintenance costs and improve operators’ comfort.

Besides, TZA vehicles are now equipped with a system providing positive temperature in a water tank with the use of a thermo mat as a passive heater. There is an option of heating that can be fed through the onboard network of the vehicle chassis. The video control system fully regulates the process of parking and concrete mix unloading in a tight working area, and also contributes to a driver’s comfort.

According to customers who have already used TZA motor mixers, the new options enabled to greatly improve consumer properties of these vehicles. The users say that the new features help them reduce operational costs (e.g. fuel consumption of the equipment in operation is 1.5 times less) and simplify the system of concrete loading-unloading.

The company expects that the new options of inclined-axis mixers will be in high demand in Sochi at the Olympics construction site and other building projects on the whole territory of Russia.
