OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2012. Troika Dialog, one of the leading full service investment houses in the CIS, today announces the appointment of Sergei Khaliullin as a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Execution team. Sergei will report to Dirk Werner, Managing Director and Head of M&A Execution.

Sergei Khaliullin has nearly 12 years of global banking experience, having worked in Germany, the United Kingdom and Russia. He joins from Alfa-Bank, where he was Director of Corporate Finance responsible for originating and leading the execution of M&A and ECM transactions in the consumer, retail, transport and IT sectors. Prior to this he was Vice President of Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Division and also held a number of international positions with Renaissance Capital and Goldman Sachs advising on M&A and equity transactions in the retail, consumer, FIG and mining sectors. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
