OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2012. The clients of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company may soon make their insurance payments for all types of insurance in all post offices of Russian Post. The relevant agreement was signed by the federal post operator and the insurance company. At that, there will be no transfer fee collected from the clients.

Vadim Yurko, Head of Marketing Department at Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, noted that, "Russian Post boasts the most widespread network in the country and we can say with confidence that Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has become more client-friendly. For us it’s another step in the creation of a customer-oriented service."

This service will be of great interest to the clients who execute installment payment agreements. To make an insurance payment a client is required to have a passport and a postal order receipt which may be taken at any office of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company along with the execution of installment payment agreement. It is now not necessary for the client wishing to make another installment payment under the insurance agreement to come to the office of the company. Payments may be now made, among other ways, in any local office of Russian Post within the territory of the Russian Federation.
