OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2012. Promsvyazbank (‘PSB’), one of Russia’s largest privately owned banks, announced that Vladislav Khokhlov, Vice-President, Managing Director for Finance of Promsvyazbank, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect, reported the press-centre of Promsvyazbank.   

Mr. Khokhlov will be responsible for the financial activities of Promsvyazbank and will be in charge of the following areas of business: Treasury, Finance Department, RAS and IFRS accounting, and tax administration. Vladislav reports to First Vice-President Alexandra Volchenko who was previously CFO of the bank.

Mr. Khokhlov has been with Promsvyazbank since May 2011. From 2005 to 2011, he held the position of the First Deputy Chairman and the Chief Financial Officer of URSA Bank and MDM Bank.

Mr. Khokhlov was born in 1975 in Sverdlovsk. He graduated with honours from the Ural State Technical University in 2000, specializing in mathematical methods and research in economics. Mr. Khokhlov is currently studying at London Business School for his MBA. He has also taken the International Capital markets programme by Euromoney Training, Oxford, and the Leadership programme by INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
