Now every user of the well-known paper brands Svetocopy and Ballet, produced at International Paper Russia mills, can provide feedback on these products at http://svetocopy.com/feedback and http://ballet-paper.com/feedback by filling in a specially designed questionnaire. The main purpose of this project is to understand how customers perceive the quality of IP paper. The feedback data will be used by specialists for product quality control.

The launch of the paper quality monitoring system is part of the ongoing improvement of technological and business processes.
