The breakfast meeting has brought together more than 40 representatives of large companies from different industries such as energy production, transport, trade companies and banks. Among the participants were such famous leaders as TNK-BP, Alfa-Bank, Sberbank of Russia, Megafon etc.

Within the framework of the event the Energy Consulting Group (HR expert and a pioneer company in the Nakisa implementation on the Russian market) presented two speeches: Irina Galitsina, Head of Business Consulting Practice, informed on market trends and approaches in the field of Talent Management; Vladimir Gvozdkov, Head of HRM systems Department, made a presentation “7 lessons of Nakisa implementation” where he shared the experience of Nakisa implementation, informed on particular features of projects and key factors having impact on the choice and implementation of Nakisa.

The speech of Rifdar Khamadyarov, Head of HR Department OJSC TATNEFT, sparked great interest among the participants of the event. He told about approaches, scopes and results of implementation of the Nakisa-based personnel reserve management system: "While choosing a system it’s very important do not make any mistake in the choice of the quality of the solution. In 1999 OJSC TATNEFT made a strategically wise choice in favor of SAP. SAP is a world-class solution enabling to standardize processes rather than to implement the system. SAP is a solution aimed at the development that enables to improve the system constantly, to implement new and more complicated users’ tasks. Nakisa is a good confirmation of this idea. Such implementation of the Nakisa-based personnel reserve management processes is a new step in the course of the system development in OJSC TATNEFT.

Rifdar Rifkatovich emphasized the simple use of the solution, friendly interface and comfort of the system for users enabling to solve promptly and qualitatively such business tasks as filling vacancies within senior and middle management funded through internal resources of the Company, skilled staffing for newly established subdivisions and subsidiaries, staff training to solve prospective production targets, retaining and development of skilled managerial human resources. He also expressed his gratitude to Energy Consulting as the major contractor for the implementation of this project. A choice of a good contractor is as important as a choice of a good system.

Nakisa software consists of solutions for intuitive visualization ensuring organizational precision and enabling to implement HRM processes including such matters as succession planning, career development planning, staff schedule preparation and modeling, data quality audit, as well as joint work within the company.
